My goal for Jan is just to lose and get below 215. I got there and haven't since. Though I am losing inches.

Potatoes have more then 2 times the potassium of a banana. The only other foods higher in potassium are Raisins (1 cup) - 1088 mg (who can eat a whole cup) and White beans (1 cup) - 1189 mg.

Depends on what you have as your everyday setting. (active sedentary so on) I see some log housework and they are losing. So good for them. Some log housework on days they do a PT job cleaning someone's else's house. But shoveling snow I personally would log especially if its that wet and or heavy snow, since hopefully…

It doesn't really take everything into account. The smallest I ever was was maybe 140lbs at 5'2". I was a black belt in karate and training a lot. I would love to be that size again or close to it but according to bmi I would be overweight.
