Tonight I did 30 minutes on treadmill with no pain. Did nothing different. Just can't figure out why sometimes it hurts so bad I have to stop and sometimes no pain.

I'm up for to option of homemade protein bars, if anyone has any good recipes. I do the bars since easier for me. I never was a breakfast person and my dr told me I need to be getting some protein in the morn so started with protein bars. Hard to find ones I can tolerate that are low in sugar.

I did what my job is since I work 40 hrs a week at a call center so I am stuck at a desk 8 hrs a day only to get up for breaks so I am sedentary.

Stevia is not banned in US I have a friend who buys it at the health food store. She sprinkle just a tiny bit into her tea. She carries a tiny bottle of it with her everywhere she goes.

Well depends on what you have your activity set at. Mine is sedentary since I have a full time sit down job. I don't usually log it though unless I am doing some deep cleaning.

You don't have to log food or exercise to be counted as logging in daily. You just have to log onto this site is all. I'm with them why enter a blank diary? Weighing and measuring aren't the only ways to tell you are losing. How your clothes get looser is another way. The difference you look in pictures. Its just the scale is a way to see small changes.
