I was told on this very forum that Stevia was no better than Aspartame?
I have since been using Pure Fructose fruit sugar, same amount of calories as normal white sugar but you use 1/3 less of it as it is sweeter in taste. It's only 80p a bag here in the UK too0 -
just use sugar, won't kill you. or sugar in the raw0

I am a diabetic and I also love tea but cant have the suger. I adapted my habit by deleating sugar. I also started trying other loose teas. There is a company that has so many teas, its called Tevana they have wonderful blends with such rich flavors. The great thing is they dont need sugar! Google Tevana and check them out!0

Stevia is not banned in US I have a friend who buys it at the health food store. She sprinkle just a tiny bit into her tea. She carries a tiny bottle of it with her everywhere she goes.0
