My "Success Story" is simple.

Start: 262 lbs -- 33% Body Fat
Current: 192 -- 17% Body Fat

My journey began 2 years after a severe head injury with major brain trauma. I was in peak physical condition, then in a flash my whole world crumbled.

I ballooned nearly 80 pounds, and my ill health was killing me. I was FAT

F=Fatal
A=Awful
T=Terrible

It was time to TAKE CHARGE!

And I did.
Lost 70lbs and nearly 20% body fat .

So, along the way I keep leaving behind some great clothes. I enjoy dressing nice.

I recall getting into and out of 46 pants, 44, then 42, then 40 and now 38.

If anybody is in need of some great men's clothes with pants 38 x 30, PM me, and I will ship them right to you.
FREE OF CHARGE!

I have suits, pants and shirts - a whole wardrobe.

    Awesome job my friend! My clothes were the same way. 24, 22, 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, and now 10. I always say "just passing through."

    Great idea donating to someone on here.

    I never give things to thrift stores. I got tired of not being able to find things there in my size. Also the prices they charge are too high for items they get for free. There is a website call freecycle.org. You post things on there and people who would like them email you asking for the items and you pick who you want to give too. I have found things for the home for free there too.
