I have been having pain in my legs walking on treadmill. I sometimes am fine but when I have this pain, its in my calves, I have to stop. To exercise or not to exercise that is the question
Ok I got a tooth pulled and can only eat soft stuff and was advised no strenuous exercise. Well now I can exercise but still can only have soft foods and finding it hard to eat 1200 calories this way. So do I exercise or do I wait till I can get more solids in. Hard to get protein in too. Any ideas or suggestions?

Ok I get this in the tools section for BMR ..... Your estimated BMR is: 1,595 calories/day* But my goal is at 1490, It just went down from 1510. Why the difference?

Curious what others do
When you have friends who don't log in for days ..... weeks .... or longer. Do you message them when it shows on your screen they haven't logged on for 3 days 1 week or do you wait longer? When/if do you delete friends who stop logging? I am just curious what others do here

Is it better to be under in calories or should I try to eat/drink them? Some days I am under and sometimes over (still learning here). So when I am under should I eat/drink more to be closer to goal? Some days I am hungrier then others, like yesterday I wanted to eat all day.
