Ok I get this in the tools section for BMR .....
Your estimated BMR is: 1,595 calories/day*
But my goal is at 1490, It just went down from 1510. Why the difference?

Perhaps because your weight has gone down already? And perhaps because of the goal you set yourself? Eg cals goal is different if you set a goal of 2lbs a week than if you set 1lb obviously.0

Did you log in a weight loss or increase your weekly goal>0

BMR = calories your body should burn in a day. This changes everytime your weight changes
goal - calories to eat to lose xpounds per week. This changes when your weight changes to keep up with your shift in BRM.
BMR is slightly higher than your goal calories to ensure you lose weight even if you do nothing other than stay at calorie range. (also a great reason to log your activity so you keep losing and don't get stuck!)0 -
These were both changed today. I didn't change anything today. I tried changing the exercise thing in settings to see if it changed anything after I noticed it and no matter how I changed it it stayed the same as it is now.0

A slight correction to the above.
BMR is the amount of calories you would burn if you did nothing. In other words it is the amount you burn just to stay alive. It will change depending on your weight because it will take more to keep a heavier person alive than a light person. Once you start doing something you burn more calories than your BMR. If you ate your BMR calories, and the estimate of what your BMR is was perfectly correct, you would lose weight very slowly. You calorie amount for MFP is calculated based on your BMR and the activity amount you entered when you set up your profile along with your weight loss per week goal. Hence they should change as you lose weight.0 -
Had you entered your weightloss recently but not logged out???? I'm hardly ever logged out, so when I enter my new weight I make sure to log out and log back in....then it changes my tracker and calorie total to meet that new weight!!0

Oh I never "log out" But I did this week since I cleaned cookies and cache etc. Maybe that is why?0
