Hi grammiemc! Yes, kids are a full of energy. I haven't added exercise into my plan yet but I nanny 2 children and running after them is a lot of work. However, since I've started loosing I feel that I'm already able to do more with them. Mind if I add you as a friend?

I would be interested to hear this as well. I have only been counting my calories a little over a week now but I feel as though I'm sleeping much better and have way more energy than I used to.

I'm 5'10" and have a lot to loose. I just started MFP a couple days ago, looking for some support. I'm focusing less on how much i have to loose and more on making changes for a healthier lifestyle.
