Each person is different. I am 6'2" and I am jsut looking to get to 195...after that, I'll re-evaluate and see if I can go lower. But, at that point, I think I am jsut going to work on toning and not necessarily losing weight.

AWESOME!!!!! I am 33 and I need to find my comparision picture from when I graduated HS...I feel much different then I did then...I keep saying I wish I had my school records so I could see the last time I was this weight!! I have been this height since I was about a Sophomore in HS so, it would be a good comparision! :-)

I agree!! Even when I first started losing weight, I didnt see much of a difference but, there were a bunch of people who noticed. But yes, we have to look at how our bodies are proportioned compared to others...we DO spread it out differently then shorter women. GOOD LUCK TALL WOMEN!!

I do watch my sugar because of hormone issues and being Hypoglycemic...if it is from fresh fruit, I dont pay much attention to it. But, if it is from other sources, that is when I worry/watch.

I am currently on Week 14 of doing Turbo Fire. I did the 9 week PREP schedule and now on week 5 of the STARTER schedule. I LOVE IT!! I did Turbo Jam before for 16 weeks. With issue that I have, I am thinking that maybe it wasnt a crap diet but, the other macros for her body may have been off. Here is an article that was found that helps explain it... http://www.sbcoachescollege.com/articles/SmartCardiotoBurnFat.html It says to do Strength then Cardio but, if the other way works best for you, then go for it. You have to do what is best for you and how you feel better and can get thru a workout.
