I use an Heart Rate Monitor to get my Calorie intake... You can also use the "Strength Training" option under the Cardio section. TOTES AGREE!!!!! I find that sometimes I am not even hungry but thirsty! So, try to give yourself a schedule and drink water between and see how that works. Even without a schedule, try to limit your snacks and when you think you are hungry, if you just ate, drink water. GOOD LUCK!!

I was like this for awhile...then I decided to start drinking a Protein Shake after my workouts. I wasn't hungry after my workouts but, I wasn't getting the protein in as it was so, I figured that would be a good time to get it in. I would get SOMETHING in after your workout to help your muscles repair...

Maybe stretch out your meals more...I was always told to have 5 or 6 small meals a day instead of 3 larger meals. Since you are used to snacking throughout the day, this may be a better option for you. Again, GOOD LUCK!!

I agree with everyone is saying. I also find that when my sugar is increased (good or bad sugars) I feel hungry more but, that is mainly because of my issues with sugar anyway.
