i personally have not tried it, but i'm betting that some of the people from the 86 other threads about the Beachbody T25 workout probably have. perhaps you should look in one of those threads.

    also, it's just cardio.
  • Amanda, yes we have a big challenge group going if you want to join us. I have almost completed the program and did a review about it on my team website, i can send you the link if you want to check it out.

Basically it is a 10 weeks program, 25 minutes workout + 2-3 minutes cool down after each workout. The program is 2 phase, Alpha and Beta. The alpha phase is there to improve your cardio, flexibility, strengthen your core and get you use to the moves in the workouts. The Beta phase is the milking phase where you use bands/dumbells and take it up a notch.

The first phase (alpha) is basically cardio/Core moves like squats, lunges, knee tuck, plank, etc...while the second phase you will be doing push-ups, curl, squats, press,etc...
  • I have wanted to try T-25 because I like Shaun T but, I haven't been able to. I have a friend who has been doing it and OMG, she has lost inches like nobody's business!! She looks great and feels great!!

It's my go to workout when I have limited time. I really like it. You definately get a great workout in.

Is it too crazy for me to do T-25 and then lift weights afterwards? More or less, 25 minutes is about how much time I try to spend on cardio for my workouts.
  • I'm on week 3 of T-25.

If you feel like you can sure, i have done it a few times, especialy during the Alpha phase where you are not lifting any weights.
