I have the same problem!! If I drink Diet Soda, it creeps in more...I also find that the more sugar I have the more I want. So, I try to limit it! I took a 60 minute class twice a week, lost weight, and LOVED IT!!! As with anything, make sure you concentrate, when you first start doing it, on your form and doing things correctly and it will work well. AND, of course, add in your good eating habits and just the fact that it is movement will help.
