I just made Tilapia on the grill last night. I marinated for 3 hours in fresh squeezed Lime juice, honey, garlic powder, s&p. First I brushed the grill grate with olive oil. The only thing I can think of to do, is break up each exercise and add up all of the calories burned. Then go in and create your own exercise? I hope this helps :) Good luck...Jillian scares the crap out of me. I have the dvd and only did it twice!
