I have been doing 30 day shred for 3 days now but I'm not sure how to put it in on my exercise and not sure how many calories I'm burning?

Anyone have any ideas?0

The only thing I can think of to do, is break up each exercise and add up all of the calories burned. Then go in and create your own exercise? I hope this helps
Good luck...Jillian scares the crap out of me. I have the dvd and only did it twice!

Try calisthenics - vigorous effort.0

I have Jillian Shred Level 1 on my list of exercises. I dont know if I added it when I was doing it, or if that's already on the list.
I remember googling it myself, and there was a lot of information how to calculate the amount of calories you'd burn based on your weight. If you dont see her on the list of exercises, try googling and adding yourself. I was in the best shape doing those DVD's! good luck!
Danielle... stop it, dont be scared!! She aint nuttin.. you can kick her *kitten*.
PS. I'm doing the Brazilian butt lift now, and I'm using calesthenics or aerobics to log my time. Course, its only been two days, and ten minutes per day but my butt HURT today! so its doing something!0
