I just started today. I decided to do it bc I'm not a good at portion control. I'll be the first to admit that I'll get seconds and thirds. I just leave my baby in the stroller and workout next to him. I was worried at first that he would be in ppl way but everyone thinks it's great that I can workout and that they think he's cute. I just make sure I go when he's taking a nap

For breakfast I usually have eggs and yogurt. Snacks I'll have an apple and peanut butter. When I want a salty/carb fix I'll have veggies chips. And dinner I'll have chicken with veggies. I struggle with trying to eat the green containers. But I also need to go grocery shopping so it should be easier once I do that.

Hi I'm Ariel I'm 25 with a 3 month old. I want loose about 50lbs. I'm on day 3 and I'm already feeling so much pain but I enjoy the workouts lol

How's everyone doing?! I'm on day 3 tomorrow and I'm so sore! But I love that the program is quick! I can usually get it in while my 3 month old takes a nap. The thing I struggle with more besides the lunges are the eating! I started the program b4 I was able to go shopping and really buy veggies!

When they say "restart" it means to do it again for another 21 days because they have more weight too lose. You can only loose so much in 3 weeks so for ppl who need to loose more then let's say 15lbs they do the program again to continue to reach their weight goal.

i use defining gel by itworks company...it works wonders! I've been using it for only 2 weeks and i can see a difference...it also works amazing on stretch marks! mines used to be dark red but after just two weeks its turning white. hopefully it will all be gone by the end of the year!

(i dont remember i have to look back on what i wrote lol) even though i only lost 7lbs i lost a few inches on my hips and waste 1 inch on my arms im feeling prettier good i just gotta stick to it. i tried on my costume this morning and it looks better now then when i bought in JULY!

i use workout dvds...bc i dont like to drive somewhere just to workout or workout in public.
