Jenny, I owned a resturant for just about 10 years, cutting down a portion to the "normal" healthy size does not fly.. At least in the type of resturant that I owned. Hello my new best friend !! Finally found someone else that likes peanut butter and dill pickles !! To this day one of my favorites sammies is peanut butter, mayo and dill pickles. Maybe thats why my weight comes off so slow? I have always weighed it after it was cooked, so maybe I am actually eating MORE calories than I thought? Thanks for the suggestions, I am going to try and get new shoes this week. See how it goes from there. I would be very interested in what he has to say. I just posted on the board about my aching knees, they also "burn" Curious to know what your doing for exercise? Do you think it is related to that? Hoping all goes well at the Dr and that you have an easy fix to your pain.
