I have to agree with most of the posts here. I only use sparkpeople for the recipe calculator , recipes & menu planner they do have quite a few very tasty ideas. The site IMHO is just way to hard to figure out. So many ads and distractions I can barely tell where to focus. MFP is sooooo much more user friendly.

Wow! Your photos are amazing, what a fantastic idea. Thank you for posting , it gives us all motivation to keep going. Sometimes when the scale only moves a 1/2 lb its very frustrationg. It feels like those tiny losses dont matter but added all together this is the result.:happy: You look sooooo much happier. Great job!

It is humanly impossible to gain 3 pounds of fat overnight. Well, I am not a doctor and I dont play one on t.v but I dont think it's possible. So with that being said....... My scale finally budged this week after stalling for 2 weeks. I knew I was doing all the right things calories, exercise etc so I just kept at it. LOST 1.5 pounds this week and THRILLED with that. P,S. Be careful when using the database, I have found many errors, if at all possible I try to enter my foods directly from a label. After awhile I find I am eating the same things and the foods are now in with the numbers I entered. Its a fantastic data base but I am just cautious.

Your ticker shows you'velost 15 lbs......your obviously doing something right. The natural sugars in fruit and milk are not cause for concern, unless your a diabetic. Your doing fine, I think we are more concerned with processed simple sugars. But I'm new at this so what do I know. Good job on the 15 lbs!

I wholeheartedly agree with the last 2 posters. Eat the burger, choose lean beef , plan ahead and track it.
