From what I'm reading, it varies girl to girl. Personally, I've always had horrible cramps and very heavy flow and haven't noticed any change since I started working out.

I just recently found jog.fm and it's my new favorite site :D While it's geared mostly towards runners (you can search by BPM or pace per mile) they do have some awesome pre-set workout playlists. Not sure what your particular style is so I'd say just go there and look around. :)

Dlacenere - My BMR is 1389 and my TDEE is 2386. I'm intaking about 1600-1800 calories per day. Now what do I do with this information? Best I can figure, I get about 80 g of protein daily and between 100 and 150 g of carbs daily. I'm not sure the amount of fat - but I can assure you it's a low number. I eat VERY lean meat…
