What is the 30 Day shred? i can see the differences and i would like 2 no what the 30 day shred is so i can give it a go well done 4 losing so much :D keep up the good work

i have just dance 2 and ea sports i also do my kids junior dance with them but i would recommend ea sport it expensive but it has a heart rate monitor im doing the 9 week challenge which it good but i do ache the next day lol just dance 2 is good but im not very good at it so i wait till im in on my own as i dont like…
