Get ready for a tough, but worthwhile ride. She's a tough trainer, but it's worth it. After Day 1, even Day 2, you're gonna ask yourself "Why did I sign up for this? My body hurts!!!" Don't be scared. Do them at your own pace, and if needed, do modified push ups (from the knees). I power through as many as I can (sticking to the pace of the video) and usually have to rest for a rep or two so I don't collapse...lol
