exactly. Be happy with what you have...I'd would kill for beautiful curvy hips at a healthy weight. Just think when/if you have babies it'll be a lot easier for you! Plus, men find curves attractive.

agreed...donuts, cookies, mcdonalds. watch your sodium intake and also if you're upping your exercise and decreasing your calorie intake that could be a problem with why you're not losing either. You need gas in a car for it to run... Fuel your muscles

soy sauce when you eat the rice? soy sauce = sodium Up your water intake. Or just cut the soy sauce...or reduce it or get less sodium soy. Salt makes you retain water

How closely do you monitor your sodium intake? I looked at your diary only a few days back and you had a few high sodium/very low water days.

eat but really think about the calorie content before you eat it. Make sure it'll keep you full so I'd probably do a chicken breast and a cup of steamed broccoli...it'll keep you full and that's less than 300 calories. Plus, you have a deficit. You don't wanna starve that's almost worse than eating a tad bit over calories.…

Run. I try to integrate bursts of it into my walks or treadmill walks at the gym but I can't do it for long distances/time. I also wish I didn't feel self conscious...it stops me from wanting too when I feel my body wanting too.
