See now, I'm really happy when I see myself in jeans and tee...in fact if I could avoid seeing myself naked I'd probably say I was done. Unfortunately it's what I see without clothes that made me adjust my goal and now I'm only 5 or 6 lbs away from the new goal and I suspect I might not like naked me even at that weight.

I spread a tablespoon of mayo over the skin (or meat if it's skinless) and sprinkle on garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and paprika and bake at 350 uncovered until done. Usually 30 minutes or so, depending on the size.

My stomach is the last place I lose. I seem to actually lose more from my back and the area above my knee but not as high as my thighs. I still have a little belly below the belly button and I may never lose that.
