  • I didn't know Walmart would price match on food also. That's an awesome tip! I have the same issue with Aldi a lot...good prices but hard to find the best quality veg and fruit wise.
  • I was just posting an update to anyone who had commented before, sorry!
  • If anyone wants an update :) Today I did my unofficial Day 4 of week 1. Each day throughout the first 3 I got a little better and today I was able to do the entire 30 minutes through with no stops :D I'm so flipping proud of myself. I'm going to do two more days of the week one regimen just to acclimate my body to it and…
  • Bumping because there have been no replies
  • Hi! I'd love to be friends. I've got a lot to lose right now but am working very hard towards my goals. I just bought the Polar Loop fitness tracker too, which I'm loving. You've got a big community here that will support you :) Best wishes
  • Wow :) I'm really surprised at all of the responses here. Thank you all so much for the motivation. It really means a lot to me.
  • I completely understand where you're coming from. I was 180...then in a year I spiked to 250 without even noticing it :( I'm working on the C25K running program right now and am on a 1300 calorie/day diet. I'd love to be friends with you :)
  • That actually sounds like a kind of awesome idea. The university I go to has a gigantic field down near the river that would be awesome for running...Hmm! Now you've got me thinking :)
  • I may be a glutton for punishment but I'm going to give day two a shot tomorrow and just take it easy and see how it goes. If it really seems like it's not going to be a possibility I'll tone it way down and try to find some non-hell-shoe activity. Thank you for all of your insights :)
  • Hi everyone, This isn't my first time here but you know how it goes...you join, you have good intentions but within a little bit you either lose interest or life gets in the way. I'm back and I feel like this time I'm very serious about weight loss. I weigh around 250 (last I checked...need to get a scale when I have more…
  • Oh my god you are so inspiring. Holy crap. Thank you for sharing!
  • I'm just so afraid that if I wait I won't feel the motivation I do now. I've always tried to get fit and have always given up. I feel so dedicated right now and so anxious that if I stop because of something as simple as shoes that I won't pick it back up.
  • I suffer from major depression as well as OCD and GAD. I stopped taking medication a year ago but struggle often still. If you need a friend to talk to feel free to message me. It can be hard to see any light when it feels like you're surrounded by darkness but sometimes having a friend can help.
  • It's super delish...If you let the edges crisp a little it seriously transforms it, haha.
  • I only recently found out about PF and have had doctors say 'yes' that is what I'm dealing with and 'no, but we don't know what's wrong with you'....from some things I've read here and on other sites, PF seems to fit the bill. I wake up and it's excruciatingly painful to walk. It goes away quickly, but those first few…
  • You're doing this for yourself and for your children. A mother can rarely be stopped if what she's doing is for the good of her kids. I believe you will more than succeed :) We should definitely chat some
  • Your tracker is awesome. Do you have any tips for what worked for you or what didn't? Like, things to avoid? I stopped drinking soda in July which I'm super proud of myself for ( I was an avid mountain dew and cream soda fan) and have been drinking a lot more water and, while I haven't seen a lot of weight loss from that…
  • I wish that this website had a live chat. I know a lot of other forum sites have this and I bet it would be a really active chat on this site. So many people all trying to be healthy and make friends.
  • Thanks for the tip :O I felt a little silly introducing myself because I'd been on here before. It was one of those, hmm...which should I do, decisions.
  • :) Glad to see my suspicions are correct about friends helping a lot. Do any of you use a chat client off of myfitnesspal like AIM or Skype? I find that messaging on forums can sometimes be clunky and that IM can be a much easier way to talk about a lot in a short time.
  • I really need some help staying accountable, but am awful at remembering to log on and message people on here and whatnot. I've not met any friends on here, so it's hard to stay motivated. I was wondering if anyone on here would like to chat, either through messaging on the website or on Skype's text-chat. I really want to…
  • Hi. I'm around 255-260 lbs. I'm 20 years old and am from Saratoga NY. I'm really ready to make a change in my life and would love to have some friends along the way. My fiance and I are starting Insanity this week, which is intimidating but sounds like an interesting challenge. It's nice to meet all of you =]
