Yes the last 10 of mine were hard work but it wasnt going to beat me. I intend to keep it up too. A quick exercise that has increased strength and makes you feel good.

OMG... I was a non believer. But............ The program really works. 100 full pushups compleated tonight. Love it.. Gonna carry on starting again from week 4. Now time to work on Abs. Core exewrsise here we come.

Week 6 day 3 compleated at the 2nd attempt :-) Final test on Sunday. Can I do 100. Anyone else finished or almost finished?? Thanks nsueflorece for setting this challenge. Really enjoed the program. feeling Great. 26lbs down and on the way to doing 100 consecutive pushups. (Who'd of thought it)

Doesn't seem to be many of us left now. I had my first fail of the program last night Week 6 Day 1 - Level 3 45, 55, 35, 30, 55 - Total 220 I managed 45, 55, 35, 30, 48 - Total 213 I will repeat day 1 on Friday. Not far off it but 55 to finish with is a killer.
