  • You can do it. Just class it as a break, don't dwell on it, re focus and move on. Set a small goal and CELEBRATE when you reach it. EVERYONE deserves a blip every now and then.

  • Thanks for the quick responses. Just a thought but could we use this thread to post pictures of our lunches to give inspiration to others. Always better to see images than just read words. Would also give people an idea of portion sizes. Given me some new ideas though.

  • I am still here people. Just not posted on the forum for a few days. I completed day 10 lv 2 on saturday and day 1 level 3 Sunday. Found the first day of lv 3 tough as I was getting used to the new exercises but found day 2 a little easier this morning. Great thread. Thanks for all the motivation.

  • matwood74 - You have got to listen to your body. If you are really suffering you should perhaps take a day off. Don't feel you are quitting, you have done a great job getting this far. 30DS is tough on your knees and if you have had knee surgery in the past you should take it easy. take the day off and then get back to it…
