Welcome back Jen. Day 1 Level 2 Done That was a shock to the system - Built up a sweat like after day 1 Level 1. Its gonna get easier though. Looking forward o tomorrow already. :tongue:

Day 7 level 1 done. Was tough to get motivated this morning as it is SUNDAY usually a sloep in day for me. Glad I got up though because after my shred I feel ready to take on the day. Gonna get on my bike for a bit now before the house wakes up.

I intend to do Level 1 - 10 days Level 2 - 10 days Level 3 - 10 days Not sure this is correct but seemed to make sense.

Day 4 Level 1 Done "Workout complete, you are well on the way to being shredded." :-)

I track it as 20 mins circuit training. Day 3 level 1 done Shower, Breakfast and rest before the cycle to work. Loving my new found energy.

Fantastic Program.. I have completed it and really enjoyed it. It gets tough but is well worth it when you complete the program and achieve your 100 push-ups. Good Luck to all those that take part.

Day 2 Level 1 Complete Man alive those Bicycle Crunches are a killer after 15 mins of the work out. Roll on tomorrow morning. Day 3 here we come.

I am hoping to give this a go starting tomorrow. The only chance I will get is to do is to get up early before the kids get out of bed. Not sure if I will keep it up everyday.
