I wear an enell sports bra. Ugly, doesn't look great under thin shirts, but the girls are NOT moving. I'm going to look at the shock absorber. Weight lifting, elliptical and row machine seem better for me.

I thought they were beneficial while I was consistently using their products, but when I stopped it seemed as though some of my tummy bloat decreased. I stopped because it got too expensive for me.

Add healthy fats. Olive oil, coconut oil, butter, avocado. Very difficult to lose while doing low carb and low fat.

I do an eating window. I eat from 12-8 (trying to get it to 1-7). Works great for me. Seeing weight come off easily.

Hi! I did my first 5X5 workout yesterday! October Goals: Weight train every week on Tuesday, Thursday and once on the weekend. Get to bed by 10:30, up by 6 and to work by 8.

I use a basic polar (f4). Really liked it. Although I have quit using it for a while because I was becoming fixated with the numbers.

Try a different trainer! If you are doing cardio on your own, I don't know why they are having you do so much at the gym too. I noticed a big difference in my body when I started lifting heavy. We are all different so what works for one might not work for all. Good luck!

Look for NSV (non scale victories). My scale isn't moving, but I am feeling firmer. I would eat back my exercise calories. You got this girl! I just restarted my weight loss journey and if I would have just completed it the first time I wouldn't be back here.
