I can back squat my weight which is 195 lbs. In October I could barely squat with the 45 lb bar on my back. I also went shopping in my basement and have more jeans to wear!

I did IF for 4 months and lost 20 lbs. I ate in a 6-8 hour eating window. It really decreased my cravings. You can have bulletproof coffee in the am. I would just put some coconut oil in my tea in the am. It isn't for everyone and you have to figure out what works for your body.

I went to a yoga class and now my feet can touch each other when I'm standing.

As long as you don't go too much over on your eating days. I did it for four months really decreased my cravings, got me over a plateau.

I've been alcohol free since the January 4th. This past weekend was tough since we went to the bar to listen to a band. But I held strong and enjoyed water. We can do this!
