When I plateaued, I looked at the types of food I was eating. As painful as it was, when I gave up bread and pasta, the weight started coming off again.

Not really a pronunciation thing, but when people say "irregardless" when they mean "regardless"...Oh, and add penultimate when people are talking about something great. Penultimate means first before last.

I will jump on the sodium bandwagon. I hit a pleateau and I got rid of bread and pasta to kickstart weight loss again. I did not notice too much bread/pasta, but maybe the occasional/frequent rice portions?

Excellent post! Congratulations and enjoy the berries. I think I would have gone and walked the dogs, checked my fitbit and made sure I burned the 144!!!

Not really eating all you like. It is measuring the amount of food I take in. For example, I used to eat a bagel with sausage and cheese for breakfast. Now I only have just a bagel on days when I have a big cardio workout so I still burn more than I take in...

I put the Captal "E" in Extrovert. I am one of those people who can strike up a conversation with a total stranger... in another country... not knowing their language. Tends to work too!

I just took it yesterday.
