Thanks for the input. on the newer plan fruits and most veggies are free but im getting confused trying to track points and logging so im just sticking to logging on here but what i get out of the WW thing is more veggies and good carbs and protein and less crap....same as everything else. thanks agian!

When i get to 100 pounds im going to a concert or a sporting event i have advoided those out of fear (not fitting in the seats) or just being the insanly fat person in the crowd stupid i know but i cant wait to reach that goal! great job! at 150 im thinking it will be an amusment park! cant wait!

im not a fan at all i still prefer regular yogurt. However, i had regular plain Greek yogurt and used it as sour cream in a taco salad i made. I didn't know it was yogurt as my friend was helping me make it. it was great but once she told me....im ruined it reminds me too much of sour cream.

I did day one this morning. Im seriously outta shape got half way and had a hard time catchin my breath so i paused it walked 5 mins and got back into it. 2 times i didnt do the full 60 seconds i did 45 but after i was done i was soo proud of myself!! I agree with others it sounds harsh but excuses and procrastination is what got all of us in this mess. Maybe wake up earlier before it gets too hot and go for a walk. Try asking some friends maybe once a week to meet up and go for a walk. While your talking and enjoying them you wont focus on the aches and pains. Also…
