Thanks and that does help. I'm always hard on myself after derailing my diet. And then I wanna workout harder and longer but don't because I don't wanna burn myself out.

I try to limit myself to 2 tbsp and I eat it everyday in my breakfast and stuff. I also heard that they put unhealthy stuff in peanut butter. I kinda want to make some homemade Peanut butter, that seems like the healthiest since u know what's in it
