Reps reps reps. Just break it down throughout the day. But I am so excited about this challenge. I need all the motivation and suppport I can get so I can give it right back to the people who are also doing this with me. Just five more days until I feel the burn!!!!!!

We do start April 13 and when it gets to high numbers it is ok to break it down into reps, just as long as you do the number of squats it is called for on that certain day.
