I eat a boat load of fruit every night. It is my passion! I love it and look how far I have come. I also work my butt off everyday of the week except for Sundays working out too though.:wink:

I eat Luna brand a lot and I've also eaten pure protein brand. Both of these are nutritional as well as good. I don't eat junk :wink:

My hubby doesn't mind me working out and he watches our little boy in the evenings while I run. He doesn't care that I buy the fruits and healthier groceries for myself as long as I buy him his normal food too. He does'nt mind that my healthier food is a bit more expensive b/c I eat everything I buy, nothing goes to waste.…

I don't know, but I think if you can do it yourself its better that way, plus it saves money. I've known several people in the past that has done weight watchers and they lost weight with it, but then afterward, gained back the weight they'd lost plus some. Thats why I say if you can do it without joining a weight loss…

Try buying the organic brands like Cascadian Farms organic cereals or Nature's path organic cereals. I was told as long as the first ingredient listed in cereals was whole grain it was a good choice.

I workout 6 days a week one and a half hours, and sometimes two hours a day.

I don't know, but I do like the atkins meal replacement and snack bars. I buy them quite often.

I do the same thing. Lots of fresh fruit and canned fruit in 100% fruit juice since alot of fruit is out of season. I eat it w/ cottage cheese every night. I love fruit and like the op I eat 300 plus calories a day in fruit alone. Yes, it has calories and they can added up and they do count!!!

I like this, one day is'nt going to kill anyone. Its Christmas people, only comes around once a year and I'm going to give my mind a break from any "staying within calorie" worries and enjoy each time with family and friends.

I did mean the Autism itself, not my son. I love him with all my heart and would never hurt or harm him. Also, I don't make him feel as if anything is wrong with him.

Thomas bagel thins. These are delicious. I like the cinnamon raisin ones and they have limited edition ones out called pumpkin spice :P Plus, they have only 110 calories.
