Everyones metabolism is different and I've always heard to stop eating after 7 at night, but I have a bowl of fresh fruit and cottage cheese just about every night around ten o'clock and I'm fine. But I save calories for it.

Lots of fruit, I have an orange everyday. Low fat Cottage cheese and a bowl of fruit just about every night. Anything made by Kashi.

Hi, I am 5 ft. tall. I currently weigh 106 lbs. My goal weight started out at 130, I did'nt stop. lol I am scheduled to see a nutritionist next week. We'll see what she tells me. I'm hoping she says I can cut down my exercise to 4 days a week and be able to maintain my weight now.

My dinner consisted of boneless butterfly pork chop( 2 oz.), steamed brussel sprouts, peas, homemade pinto beans(half cup), and a baked sweet potato(plain). All was delicious:happy:

Ya'll need to buy the "EAT THIS, NOT THAT" line of books. You can have your Wendys and eat it too. These books just tell ya whats your better choices :) They also have a Supermarket Guide book. I own them all!!! :wink:

I totally agree w/ you! I work out extra so I don't have to worry about going over my calorie intake for the day to eat :)

If you log in your exercise daily you shoud be eating more than 1200 cals a day.

My tastebuds have changed from craving salty snacks like chips and heavily sugary cookies and cakes to actually craving fresh fruit :tongue:

I workout long enough everyday so that I burn enough calories that I don't have to worry about going over my calorie goal. :wink:

I can't imagine why it would be bad. Its just coffee beans and water except for the creamer and sugar. Just go light on those two things and as long as you log the calories from them you'll be ok. I always have heard if ya drink a cup before a meal you'll feel fuller faster wether thats true or not. But I do believe Dr. Oz…

Thats why it pays to keep a variety fresh fruit in the house. I also keep anything made by "Kashi" to snack on. I like the fiber one line of low calorie sweet snacks also. But I snack mostly on lots of different fresh fruits. At night I have a bowl of fresh fruit and 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese :)

I snack on fresh fruit everyday. I always see people that say they go over on sugar because of fruit on here, but I don't. I can figure it out. Fresh fruit for me replaced snacking on chips and sweet and honestly now I can't figure out why I did'nt switch sooner.
