  • Aldies has fit & active snack crackers in individual bags for 100 cal & I have a fit & active low fat cheese stick with it for 60 cal. Thats not bad & its a filling snack. Somewhat healthy...

  • I have both & by no means do you get the workout you get from an eliptical. I use my eliptical everynight & feel like I got a good workout. I huff & puff after a minute and a half LOL... good luck deciding

  • Late night snacking is so hard to overcome!! I think alot of us struggle with it. I buy single servings of things so I do not mindlessly munch out of a bag.   • We all have bad times. I hear every thing you are saying & it sounds just like myself. You can do this you, just have to push yourself. I have an eliptical at home & DO NOT want to do it , but I get on for 20 minutes at night sometimes at 9:30 & I have to work in the morning. You can add me as a friend & we will do it…

  • Good for you for your honesty! I am the same way-i hide it. I made chocolate chip cookies for my family the other night at my sons request & I ate the dough & a couple cookies. So I counted 5 cookies on my calorie count & realized how stupid that was to WASTE calories. And also SOOO Mad AT MY SELF!! Back on track good…
  • I just joined this week as well. I also really like it. I find that tracking everything I eat really is helping me SEE the calories I consumed & more aware of what I should not eat. Good luck to you....Kelly
