I'm down 13lbs. I don't feel any smaller, but I'm no longer bloated, no reflux, and I've lost 3" from around my lower abdomen.

I do much better when I'm angry, especially if I rant at the same time.

I eat what I want, but my diary is open. I figure others can see that it works and you don't have to deprive yourself of what you enjoy.

I currently have 3125 for today (at 9:20PM) .. I have a home daycare and take care of kids all day. I thought my regular daily steps would be higher, but I have to take a long walk to get up to my goal steps for a day.

This is what I would do

By the way, with a SW of 250ish, your calorie goal seems excessively low. You look young, which is on your side in this, as well.
-
Weigh everything except liquids (I weigh my thicker liquids like dressing, sauces, etc, as well). That's why you're getting such large fluctuations (the 3pm weighing). Daily changes are normal, plus the fact that you're weighing late in the day, add in potential hormones/TOM. You're normal. Check on your logging, make sure…

For weight loss, calorie intake counts, not fat macro. What are your macro percentages? Fat and protein goals are considered a minimum, not a max.

Weigh at the same time, best in the morning after using the toilet, without clothes or in the same clothes each day. Later in the day, your weight is meaningless because it includes anything you've eaten or drank and haven't eliminated yet. As far as eating, how are you measuring your food intake? Measuring cups, scale,…

Thanks for the insight

I looked up "whole chicken" and it showed me of by Foster Farms that has a gram option

A visual reference that may help. Also, this is one reason weighing food on a food scale is so helpful! :)

I'm curious, as well. I see a link that explains individual model's diets, but they are quite varied. https://www.livestrong.com/article/403266-a-victorias-secret-models-diet/

Can't see your recipe from your food diary, but 4 oz of oven baked chicken has 75mg of sodium, so it has to be something you added to it and, as mentioned before, likely an incorrect entry. Look at each component of your recipe and find the sodium bomb, then check and see if that's accurate.
-
Double check each of the items you entered into the recipe builder. It looks, to me, like something was off in your item entry. Can you do a screen shot of your recipe and share that?
-
Where did the 7000 sodium come from? Is that per serving? That sounds very high for what you've listed. (USDA is the U.S. Dept of Agriculture)

I'd be curious to see how they were raised. I bet they weren't pushed to be members of the 'clean plate club' or warned about starving kids in Asia/Africa. If I had to hazard a guess, their parents were likely active people, as well and family gatherings likely revolved more around interacting and games in the yard than…

I'd climb on your back, i mean i got your back ;)

I'm working on the back boobs! Lol

This is why waist to height is a better start to watch.

I love carbs way too much to try it. @Bikermama2fourboys, if keto doesn't work for you, there are other options. As long as you are in a calorie deficit, you will lose weight.

I love my Garmin Vivosmart HR

Some people are feeders. By that, I mean it's a way they show love and affection. "No thank you" is usually enough when if it has to be repeated.

Yesterday, I grilled a rack of ribs, pork chops, burgers and sausages. I won't have to cook anything but sides for the rest of the week. :) Ate three of the ribs for supper last night, with sides of potato salad, baked beans and a roll, came in right at 600c.

An interesting read on the history of breakfast and why we connect it with certain foods~ https://priceonomics.com/how-breakfast-became-a-thing/

Weigh food. Log food. Eat food. Repeat.

Didn't read all the responses, but I mix mine with ricotta and layer it with pasta and sauce then top with mozzarella. :) I Love lasagna.

I log everything. Good, bad, or indifferent. That's the decision I made and I've stuck by that.

It took me far more than three bad days to get to my high weight. Three days wouldn't put my back there. That said, I wouldn't have three "cheat days". I work my numbers so I can have what I want without going over my weekly goal even if I go over one day.
