3395 as of this morning :) I'm sure the longest is around 5500 or so.

excuse me for reviving a long dead post but in case anyone ever googles this I want someone to know what happened for me. I continued to have at least 8 confirmed miscarriages. I was diagnosed with PCOS officially in 2016 I believe. We went through a lot of testing. I got my tubes checked (very painful) but fine. I got 1…

woohoo! Way to go  I treated myself to a new pair of jeans! I am able to fit into skinny size 14 jeans. I wanted to cry in the store LOL (and my "treat" was due to my only other pair of jeans getting a hole in a not nice area, ugh!) Of course I weigh myself this morning and I gain 3lbs but since i'm swollen I know…

Thanks guys, Onederland feels great! I even got to talk to my husband for a bit earlier and he was all excited for me so that was nice.

I'm 98lbs down as of this morning and I have loose skin. I have arm flappers, hanging skin on my thighs, and my stomach flops when I walk fast. It's not pretty but it's a fact of life. I wouldn't trade that loose skin for all that weight back though, never. My problem is I don't exercise due to a back injury. I think if I…

honestly yeah sometimes, but that might have something to do with my Chef brain. I get bored of food REALLY easily and often get stuck in a culinary rut if you will. I also find myself having mental tantrums over not being able to eat what I want sometimes. I eat a low carb diet, although I'm not opposed to "cheating", I…

No matter what you post on mfp you're bound to offend someone, annoy others, or (and usually) just cause arguments. Some people are big into calorie= calorie. Some are low carb, low fat, vegan, paleo, etc which can cause conflicting issues. For what it's worth I understood the point of your post and I wish you luck with…

With the exception of last January when I had to move into a house with nothing in it for 2 weeks (military move) I haven't eaten fast food for most of the last 10 years. (and then I was only eating subway) To me I think it takes just as much time to drive to the fast food place, order, drive home, and eat. Costs more…

I disagree with you I think your butt got larger and more toned looking, where as it was a bit droopy before. Definite difference in the stomach as well. Way to go!

a few times a week* usually but lately I've been doing it about every other day because I'm SOO close to the one hundreds I'm kind of obsessed at this point lol. This morning I was 202.8 lbs wooooo!

@zyxst oh I needed that laugh this morning LOL I have never tried the "clean" diet as written about in books but I'm currently on a high fat lower carb diet. I don't eat grains except maybe the rare serving of white rice when I get sushi (less than 1 time a month). I have gerd/ibs and a swallowing problem. This is helping…

SW 298 (8 years ago) GW 135 CW 208.1 on to onederland 8.2lbs Honestly I've been floating around 205-210 for over a year now. The one hundreds is my cake and it's a lie. Honestly at this point I would like to be below 200 before XMas but we'll see.

if it was my child and someone didn't respect my wishes they wouldn't see my child again until they did. It's pretty simple in my mind. I've dealt with these types of issues before not only for my step son, but foster children that were under my care. (strict dietary guidelines and people not following them, I didn't…

I didn't say it was all water weight but you can easily lose 15-20 pounds of water weight depending on your previous diet/how big you are. I'm speaking from experience on this one. You want to argue? Fine but you asked and I'm telling you. You upset your body by going extremely low calories with lots of exercise. Then you…

We can be friend if you want. I have chronic pain from 3 ruptured discs in my lumbar spine as well as other spinal issues and neck pain. I also have pcos and now I'm being tested for autoimmune disorders because I'm still not quiet "right". I can't really exercise 90% of the time (in fact there are days I use a wheelchair…

you've gained weight because you probably lost a lot of water weight and you shocked your system... now it's rebounding. At the expensive of sounding like an *kitten*... what do you expect? Try eating a sensible amount of food and getting moderate exercise. You don't need a personal trainer, just common sense.

I have a vitamix and it's great but If I had to do it over again I'd but a blendtec because the bottle of the jars are wider and don't require the tamper or scraping the sides down when you're blending thick liquids. I didn't like the Ninja blender. Yes vitamix or blendtec are expensive but I've had mine for 8 years and it…

spirulina is not some magical thing and it's not new. Personally I think it tastes like dried pond scum and you couldn't pay me enough money to eat it. It's HORRID. I'd highly suggest you just eat a whole foods diet and if you want to spirulina, then go for it but it isn't going to be a miracle. GL

I think they're horrible, you might as well just eat splenda by the spoonful because that's what it tastes like, but to each their own.

it depends on the person. For me I followed a vegetarian/vegan diet for 5 odd years and ended up worse in the end. I did it the "right" way with whole food and I didn't eat faux meat products and etc. For me moderation is the key, I eat some meat now but I didn't start eating a pound a day when I gave up being vegetarian.…

firstly, Thank you. Second I'm with the other two folks here saying you don't need hiit to lose weight. My husband is in DEP for the Navy right now and all he does is jogging, pullups and curlups. He also does swimming but that's very rare because he's such a good swimmer. Jogging won't give you a ripped 6 pack of abs, but…

I couldn't do exercise for the longest time because I have a lot of issues with my back. I lost the first 80 pounds with no real exercise, hell I was lucky some days to walk around the house. You CAN lose all your weight without exercise, but you might not like how your skin looks or whatever. Everyone is different.

personally I don't think you should eat that little of food while breastfeeding, it can affect your milk and also your supply from what I've read. (I've also seen my sister-in-law have issues like that) Your body wants you to hold onto weight, not lose it because it helps ensure you and baby will be well. I don't think you…

piece of wood under it but honestly just take the extra time to move it to a flat area like a kitchen floor for example, and then put it back. I know it's a pain in butt, but in the long run worth it.

1 ounce = 28g 1 pound = 454g 2.2lbs = 1kg 1 cup = 240ml 1 tablespoon = 15ml 1 teaspoon = 5ml hope that is helpful, keep in mind that is an approx :) I live in USA but I prefer metric system, it makes more sense.

I'm feeling a little better and was able to eat mostly what I wanted, my body wasn't into eating the turkey or liver I had planned, and yes I pigged out on ice cream but whatever I'm okay with it. I talked with the restaurant and they refused to give me my money back so I sent my husband down there in person and they…
