im not sure how many it is in oz, but i drink around two litres of water a day, which is a big increase for me. i use to only drink fizzy juice, now i've cut out the fizzy stuff altogether and feeling much better for it! :smile: if its ok il keep posting my weight on sunday (just my routine sorry) good luck all for friday…

nutrition should be the same as undried mangos only thing missing is the water unless the variety you've bought has anything added- just put mangos into your diary n see (but they are definately better than candy so i wouldnt worry):smile:

hey i notice i get bloated bout 2-3 days before and can gain up to 5lbs in water weight, i dont worry bout it tho cos it disappears a few days later and i get a nice boost on the scales agen :smile:

i can understand why you wud want to try alli but from what i have heard it can be unpleasant to say the least , its main reputation seems to be its laxitive effects when you eat too much fat, note that it doesnt differentiate between good and bad fats. i dont know, having never tryed it myself, i think it would be a case…

what are you eating? are you getting enough omega 3 oils? sometimes our skin breaking out is our bodies way of lettin us know we are missing out on vitamins etc because of our diet. also if its not food related i use a sensitive face scrub and light moisturiser for a few days usually clears anything up for me :smile:

im doing great, thanks agen for the water tip drborkbork, im feelin alot fuller than i was at first - i hav been on target for my calories everyday so far but i tended to be going to bed hungry, drinking alot of water has really helped make it that bit easier :smile: hows everyone else doin btw x
