You don't need to overconsume water like so many would suggest. Try adding more fresh fruit to your diet.

Diet coke has 45mg of caffeine. Regular coke has 34mg Caffeine free has 0mg, obvs. Pretty much all the same ingredients, but swap corn syrup for aspartame. You must have a reaction to aspartame.

I don't miss training days, unless an injury prevents them. In those cases, I work around the injury if possible.

Most sunglasses are made from a few bucks ofr material in the same factory. Oakley, rayban, gucci, lenscrafters... Get some decent polarized glasses that don't distort your vision. The ~$40 ones from Costco are just as good. fwiw, oakley polarized tend to delaminate after a few years. They do not cover this in warranty.

Resistance bands are good for physical therapy (rehab) and mobility work. calorie deficit is good for trimming tummy down.

That's about what my power rack and used plates cost. (not including barbell.) I'd buy that again.
