It's decent for mixing in stuff where you don't want the blandness of water. Avoid the stuff with the ingredient 'carrageenan' in it. It's super bad for your guts. IIRC, Silk doesn't have it.

Eating 2000 calories of McDonalds won't make you any fatter than 2000 calories of healthy foods. Less healthy? Maybe. The problem isn't the food. The problem is gluttony.

It's not about time grasshopper, but about content. 10 minutes doing heavy barbell squats is better than an hour of curls and tricep kickbacks. Once SL gets really heavy... You may be resting 4-5 minutes between sets.
