Once a week or so. They are very inefficient for cost/protein. But sometimes I'd rather eat a $2.50 bar with 20g of protein than $0.30 worth of equivelant protein shake.

Of course muscle weighs more than fat, and you can prove it. Take 1lb of fat and 1 lab of muscle put them in the pool the muscle sinks, and the fat floats. additionally, if you drop 2lbs of fat, and 1b of muscle, they will hit the ground at the same time. duh!

Optimum is OK if you want something you can buy locally. I've also heard that ON makes the vitamin shoppe stuff, but hte powder is quite different. That said... Trutein is much, much better.

Protein powder isn't expensive at all once you do the math on it. I'm not sure there's actually any cheaper source of protein.

One of the fastest, easiest things to cook. light seasoning spritz of peanut oil face down in very hot (but not smoking hot) cast iron pan for about 1 minute flip to scales for 2-3 minutes, sometimes i put a little garlic butter on. it should be pink and very moist on the inside, and the flesh should not be burned.

Because some people want to be healthy, not just weigh less. Some people have athletic goals. That said, If you eat primarily 80% nutritious foods, the other 20% doesn't really matter much. But keep in mind that the less food you eat, the more important that food is.

12-16oz cheap everlast gloves and wrap your hands if you plan on hitting the bag hard at all. I suggest mexican hand wraps. They've served me really well.

Get a proper seat for the size of your seat bones, and learn posture / keeping out of the saddle. Big and cushy is the opposite of good.
