I have one day a week where I can have one meal fast food! I started out only letting my son have his day on Friday but I also slow myself something! I think you have to, without guilt! I don't! I know some people do though. I burn off what I eat, but that's what works for me!

I do 60 minutes 4-5 times a week. I would like to add, eventually!

1 instant pouch of maple brown sugar cream of wheat, and 1/2 cup of silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk! It's already sweet (a little) so no need to add any additional sugar! low calorie, and taste great! :-)
