Thanks.. Seems weird, After 6 months of calorie deficit, to finally reach goal weight and realise I must now eat more to get lean.. Hard to get my head around.. better change my mind set..

Thanks guys, I have managed to get BF % to 13.8 Had a look at bodybuilding.com and found loads of wicked routines to follow.. For the past week I have been doing Body Beast on top of HIIT 6/week Hoping this will do the job.

I have done Body Beast a few times, I actually did Chest workout this morning. Kind of going for a Christian Bale in American Psycho look... I think it's time to beef up!! :devil:

I done T25 Total Body Circuit this morning with my wife, I've completed Insanity and am currently 10 days into Asylum. So it was just for a bit of "fun" ... really liked the workout, time flew, worried that because I have been doing roughly 45-60 min workouts, after Asylum switching to T25 will not push me enough, so doubt…

I use Body Beast on my lifting days, which is 3 times a week. Before Doing my cardio workout The other days I do Asylum Vol 1... Must admit it's not my favourite program but I'll finish it. Didn't want to stick with just Body Beast, I missed my H.I.I.T Maybe try T25 after, I randomly did Cardio Alpha yesterday and…

Reached my goal weight about 2 weeks ago. Trying to get my body fat % down from 14 to about 10.. It's hard work, never though it would be easy. MFP is great and changed my perspective on foods, also the forums are great for support, advice and tips.. x

It's HOT in London today!! Working out was especially tough, even with a fan and doors wide open :-(

3 Days into Asylum.. Different kind of pain to Insanity.. "Back to Core" workout today. followed by a 40 minute run and some heavy lifting. Come on people!!!
