To add to the veggies, you can use Spaghetti Squash for your noodles instead of pasta. That's how I've been eating my spaghetti. :)

I was just about to come on and post the same thing when I saw your post. This has been by far the hardest week for me in the 11 weeks that I have been on my weight loss journey.
