I have to know your weight, height, age, activity level , life style and other factors too. You can without surgery but as i mentioned in my discussion, it takes alot of time but it is worth the results :)

Example: Maintenance: 2500 calories For Fat loss: 2000 (take out 500 calories) Cheat meal: 2500, ONE day per week... Is a cheat meal and will not kill you as long as you get back to your diet strictly !!! Conclusion, Eat what ever you want but don't go over 2500 calories (If your maintenance level is 2500 calories)
