Sorry, unsure which Zone works where - I'm not really up with that sort of thing! but I'm sure if you ask someone in a DVD/CD store, google it, or maybe someone here knows??

I got 3 of her DVD's off Amazon but 1 of them didnt work becuase it was the wrong Zone for NZ. Someone clever can convert them though so wasnt to much of an issue.

For the injury my advice would be REST! I sprained my ankle in Sept last year. I didnt want to go backwards on my fitness so kept pushing it by running, cycling, gym classes etc. and ignored the pain. I finally went to the doctor in Nov, got referred to Physio and have only just been given the go ahead 2 weeks ago to start…

We are having a BIG family Xmas as well as family arriving before the day, and friends etc. turning up the days following through to the New Year! It is going to be a rather large couple of weeks I can tell, so if I can maintain I will be happy! And as the dogs still need walking, I will get a little exercise!
