I just had lunch which was ironically enough a sandwhich. It was made up of spinach, tomato, avacado slices,3 slices of low sodium turkey meat, AND an overeasy egg! Oh, and the bread I use is Ezekiel wheat bread, also low sodium and flourless. That's 408 calories.

Google it...they're actually a very good source of protein, just high in sodium.

Guilty! (over 200 here) How long can I say that it's baby weight ( daughter is 8 months), even though I didn't gain any weight while I was pregnant, I gained weight after the baby. It's difficult because you want to see results right away, believe me I know the feeling. But think of it like this, you're working…

Burgers are delicious...but I've been staying away from fried foods AND I've only been eating chicken and fish here lately, (90% of the time anyway).

My daily goal is 1860. It sounds funny but it looks like I'm going to have to work at eating more calories. I just don't want to start eating any junk food to meet my calorie goal( I haven't met it yet, I've been within 500 calories of my goal), because that's what I've been tempted to do here lately. My deficit today was…

I love weight training...it makes me feel strong and accomplished. I especially like to work out my legs AND as a bonus it really does help melt the fat away faster. Not soon enough for me...

Yah, I want to be able to run and play with her when she gets of age. I also want to be a 'milf', ; I've been eating clean since last week and it hasn't been bad at all. I'm hoping that and my herbalife shakes will speed things along just a little bit. :ohwell: No matter what, I am determined, we will succeed.
