  • I definitely think you're over-estimating your exercise calories and think that's the culprit. I can't imagine any exercise I do burning over 1,000 calories. And you may want to get your thyroid checked just to rule that out. It can be so frustrating. Good luck on your journey. Laine

  • Thanks! I made this over the weekend - but used peanut butter. I didn't have the right-sized pan so I made three muffins instead. Very yummy!
  • About 4 months after my youngest was born - March 2011.. Around 185-190 I guess. I cried for days/weeks when I saw this. I joined the gym about a month after this photo. Lost a few pounds and was feeling pretty good until I saw this in Sept, 2011.

  • I made a guesstimate of 400 calories. Some sites stated 600-800 calories and I think that is way too high. Just my opinion, though. I think all 'calorie burn' is a guesstimate unless one has a heart rate monitor. I guess I'll have to break down and purchase one.
