I second this. A good protein bar should have at least 20gms protein and equal or lower carbs. APure protein comes pretty close. At only 180-200 calories per bar its a very satisfying snack.

LOVE MY POLAR FT4!!!!! When most of say calorie burnt HRM, I believe we are referencing the personal chest and watch set kind. Not the worn out ones on the gym machines. Those can grossly over or underestimate.

On Sundays, I do a 45 minute HIIT session where I run 10MPH (6min/mile) for a minute followed by a minute long rest period. That gets me to 500+ calories. Then I do weights for 45 minutes. I dont log the burn. After that I do a 45 minute spin class for another 400-450calorie burn. That brings me very close to 1000 calories…

I second this. You could add protein powder for additional protein. You could add berries/ honey/ nuts. Do so much with it. All on its own, it has 23g of protein per serving.
