I think you may have a slight forward lean, but back looks good, I would recommend a spotter (safety first), and I prefer to do front squats, imo it requires more strength and power to execute a front squat. You will be doing less wait, but functionally I think they are better

if life gets in the way than change your life, it is all in the mind and you have the power to overcome any obsticle if you put your mind to it. Dont beat yourself up but look at is as you are the one holding yourself back and all you need to do is change that. perception is key, good luck

surplus definately, crossfit will shred calories and you will need the energy
