I do IF at least 4 to 5 times during the week and it has really helped me with the weight loss. I also found that doing cardio while on the fast burns even more fat. i workout an hour or two before I break my fast and I have seen been seeing great results.

The best workout to do in the morning are HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) exercises, check out FitnessBlender on youtube they have tons of great short min workouts.

Been on Herbalife for almost a month now and have lost almost 20lbs, the first two weeks I didn't track my progress but could tell I was losing weight. This product is great my energy is through the roof!
